My name is Isabella Littleford, and I bring over a decade of behind-the-scenes know-how in the world of fashion, always with a focus on how high style fits into everyday living.
Having spent more than ten years in fashion, I’ve had the amazing opportunity of refining my expertise in Paris, fashion’s epicenter and working alongside top-tier global designers. That experience taught me to recognize high-caliber craftsmanship, fresh concepts, and enduring style. I’ve always been captivated by Golden Goose sneakers, a brand that seamlessly blends a distressed, lived-in vibe with impeccable high-end craftsmanship. Here, I’ll walk you through my thoughts on different Superstar models, diving into their style, comfort, and versatility.
Whether you obsess over every new drop or just want a reliable fashion-forward pair, I’m here to help you understand the appeal with insights drawn from my years in the fashion trenches. Let’s dive into why Golden Goose sneakers deserve a spot in your lineup!
Not too long ago, I picked up my first-ever pair of Golden Goose sneakers (which I originally featured in this post), and got tons of questions from you guys ever since. So many that I figured I’d dive in and give you a detailed review! I’ve also worn them enough now that I can confidently speak to their craftsmanship, and a variety of other factors about them, which you’ll find explored in this post.
So I’m diving into a bunch of frequently asked questions, as well as how to grab them for less, below! Also, if you’re in the mood for more fashion reviews, check out my Abercrombie vs. Agolde jean shorts review, Goyard St. Louis GM Tote review, and Dudley Stephens fleece review!
I grabbed mine from Cettire when they had a https://goldengoosemen.net/superstar-navy.html limited-time deal going on.
I ordered them on the 28th of April and they were shipped to me by April 30th, so the shipping was lightning fast and that’s a win in my book
When I ordered my pair in spring, I paid $385.43, but their regular price is around $514.
Golden Goose sneakers typically range from $400 to nearly $1,700, depending on how detailed they are.
They ran true to size for me — I usually wear a size 6, and I went with a EU 36.
Since they don’t stretch and half sizes aren’t available, I’d recommend sizing up.

Very comfy, and only took a few hours to break in..
Since they come pre-distressed, I didn’t worry about wearing them outside. I’ve worn them all over the city, and they still look great. No glitter has fallen off, and the structure feels strong. Thanks to the vintage look, I can’t even tell if there’s new wear and tear.
They’re the highest quality sneakers I have. I wear Vejas and Tretons too, but Golden Goose still come out on top. There’s a secret wedge inside that adds support and height — making your legs look longer. Not to mention, they’re crafted individually, so each pair is unique. And the glitter on mine? Absolutely gorgeous.
Yes! Though I suggest looking for a deal. They’re not cheap, so getting them discounted is worth it. I’d pay several hundred for the quality, especially if you get a pair you love. I chose a loud pair, but a low-key version would also look great.
Check out my list below. I had a 10/10 experience with GGoose.org, so I always recommend starting there.
Cettire had them on sale and I jumped on it right away!
Placed my order on April 28th and they were shipped to me by the 30th, so the shipping was really quick – definitely a bonus

You can expect to pay between $410 and $1,700 depending on their uniqueness.
I’d say they fit just right, based on my pair. Since they keep their shape and they don’t come in half sizes, I’d choose the larger option.
They required minimal break-in time.
They look worn from the start, I didn’t worry about scuffing them more. I’ve worn them all over NYC, and they still look great. Nothing has torn, and the leather hasn’t stretched.
Thanks to the vintage look, I can’t even tell if there’s new wear and tear.
